Items that are in stock and available commonly ship between 24 and 72 hours from the time of order. Some stock items such as State and World flags commonly ship within 5 to 7 business days, depending on the item, this may vary. If you are in need of an item for a specific date or event, please contact our sales team at 888-953-5247 and we will advise you as to what options are available. Some items may not be in stock or available for immediate shipment. Some items may become discontinued without notice. In the event your item(s) are in need of special shipping such as expedited, oversized or International, additional charges may apply and your order will not be shipped until these charges have been approved by you. All stock items carry a 30 day money back quality guarantee. In the event a flag you receive is defective, contact our sales team immediately at 888-953-5247 to set up the proper return authorization necessary. In the event an item you ordered is no longer required, a return authorization must be obtained, items must be returned in new and unused condition, and a 25% restocking fee will be charged. Our customers are responsible for return freight charges.
Custom Items
All custom items are specially made to order and not returnable or refundable. In the event of a manufacturing defect such as an incorrect color or design element, Quality Flags will replace or refund the item in question at our discretion. If you are not sure about color variations, material options or have any other questions regarding the production and delivery timeline of a custom item, please contact our custom sales team at 888-953-5247. If items are needed for a specific date or event, please contact our sales team at 888-953-5247 before placing your order and we will advise you as to what options are available. Once a custom order has been approved, it cannot be refunded, returned or amended in any way.
